Ralph Gregory
Ralph Gregory
Ralph Gregory is realigned from a career of 55 years predominantly in communications and media that included retail electronics, radio stations, radio common carriers (paging), and communications towers, as well as owning seats on the New York & American Stock Exchanges. As a communicator, he was a TV talk show host statewide in Michigan and 10 years pre-Covid in Boulder, Colorado. Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, he is a Graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, serving with the US Army in Vietnam in 1967-68, and was subsequently an account executive with Sperry Rand/Remington Rand in Sydney, Australia for two years right after a year of R&R as a taxi driver in Honolulu.
In Michigan, he successfully co-developed what became a 123 megawatt cogeneration power plant, served as President of the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce, and was declared the Lansing Area’s Most Eligible Bachelor in 1986. His most recent position was Founder and Chairman of Intelligent Office, with offices coast to coast in North America providing staffing and communications support to over 10,000 businesses. As a principal in a Michigan-based small venture capital firm that also owned boat brokerages in the Great Lakes, he currently spends time in the British Virgin Islands burnishing an alternate persona. His most important accomplishment in life is raising two daughters to be productive adult citizens without entitlement mentalities.
Having always sought out the company of folks smarter, he enthusiastically accepted this Board position and recognized the charitable instincts inherent in the offer. Being from the South Side, where politics is sport, he is in awe of the ambitious ICE mission, recognizing it ain't no joke, and will therefore gladly join the ramparts.
